Weldy Miniwelder Geo2 — Lightweight Geomembrane Wedge Welder

The Weldy Miniwelder Geo2 is a quick, lightweight welding machine ideal for geomembranes from 0.5 to 1.5 mm — fish farms, water tanks, foundation sealing and many other industrial areas. Under 4 kg, it features chainless drive technology, automatic wedge positioning and intuitive control: temperature and speed activate via two buttons and adjust by dials, with two LEDs showing process status.

It produces the same 2×12 mm dual-track seam with test channel as larger machines — the portable, QA-compliant option in our Weldy UAE range where the WGW 300 is heavier than the job needs — supplied by your geomembrane welding machine supplier in Dubai.

Geo2 or WGW 300 — which wedge welder?

The Geo2 (3.9 kg) suits liner up to 1.5 mm, fish farms, tanks and foundation sealing where portability matters. The WGW 300 handles HD-PE to 2.5 mm and long landfill or pond seams at up to 8.5 m/min.

Can it weld PVC?

Yes — with the steel hot wedge option (0.5–1.5 mm). Specify PVC work in your enquiry and we supply the correct wedge.

Which accessories are available?

Copper and steel hot wedges (56×36 mm) with test channel, silicone and steel drive rollers, and the miniwelder guide bar.
