The Weldy Miniwelder Tex2 is the expert for thin materials. Thanks to its optimized wedge geometry it welds 0.1 to 1.0 mm membranes perfectly, and its control system makes welding start-up easy. At 3.5 kg with chainless drive technology and speeds to 7.5 m/min, it delivers consistent 20 mm seams on roofing, waterproofing, covers, plastic sheets and industrial fabrics.
Stocked in Dubai within our Weldy UAE range — pair it with a hot air tool for detail work — both from your membrane welding machine supplier in the UAE.

The Tex2 welds 0.1–1.0 mm with a 20 mm wedge at 800 W; the Tex1 uses a ball wedge for even thinner films from 0.05 mm at 300 W with a 15 mm wedge.
Roofing and waterproofing membranes, thin covers, tarpaulin and plastic sheets, greenhouse and industrial fabrics.
Stainless steel for PVC work, copper for PE/TPO — both 20 mm wedges are stocked, with silicone drive rollers and guide bar.
Read our thin membrane welding guide for settings and common mistakes. For thicker geomembrane see the Miniwelder Geo2; all PDFs are in the datasheet library.
